However the experience was really let down by the premises and lack of customer experience. Disappointing to have a noisy loud extractor unit going off every 10/15 minutes throughout a 3 hour appointment. Nothing felt overly luxurious and on arrival I was let in by a builder (having waited at the intercom unsure of whether the salon was open).”

“The salon is very basic but dirty as you look up there are cobwebs in the room at the back and oil stains on the floor and towels look 25yeats old as with curtains that don’t block out the noise and I had drilling and banging whilst there. However Ciara who treated me have me a brilliant very firm exceptionally good massage that in the end for the money paid you don’t notice or think about anything else except for how good you feel from the therapist’s good work on my body.”
